The post office box in Charlotte is now closed. Please remit all association payments to the address below. Your payment should be made payable to your association.

• You may also drop off your payment, along with your coupon or invoice stub, at any local BB&T branch.
• Or you may make a payment at www.bbt.com. Once you are on the BB&T website, click on the drop down under personal service logon, select Association Online Payments. It will then ask for a few bits of information to be completed that can be found on your invoice or coupon book.
• You may Pay online using your community website or Portal. Use the Association Lookup Below to find the correct site.
