Online Dues Payment
When creating your profile, it is very important that you enter your name using your name exactly as it appears on your invoice/coupon.
The Convenience Fee for Online Payments is $9.95 per credit card or e-check transaction.This fee is charged each time you make a payment.If you setup a recurring e-check payment, the fee is $2.00 per transaction. If you set up recurring e-check payments, be sure to set up a start and stop date. You receive just one warning of expiration of service.
If you require assistance, please click on “Live Help” or call 866-289-5977 and a representative will help you for a fee of $5.00 plus the Convenience Fee for Online Payments of $9.95 per credit card or e-check transaction processing, a total of $14.95.
NOTICE: When you setup a login for making payments, that login is specific only to that association. If you create a login for a master association, you will need to setup a separate login for your sub-association and vice-versa.
IMPORTANT - Setting up re-ccurring auto-payments will not change the payment term of the dues for your community. If your balance is not paid in full by the due date, additional charges may be applied to your account.
Example: Annual dues can not be paid on a monthly basis.
