Online Dues Payment

When creating your profile, it is very important that you enter your name using your full first name, middle initial if applicable, and last name.Please enter your name exactly as it appears on your invoice.

The Convenience Fee for Online Payments is $9.95 per credit card or e-check transaction.This fee is charged each time you make a payment.If you setup a recurring e-check payment, the fee is $2.00 per transaction. If you set up recurring e-check payments be sure to set up a start and stop date.  You recieve just one warning of expiration of  service.

NOTICE: When you setup a login for making payments, that login is specific only to that association. If you create a login for a master association, you will need to setup a separate login for your sub-association and vice-versa.

IMPORTANT - Setting up reoccurring auto-payments will not change the payment term of the dues for your community. If your balance is not paid in full bythe due date additional charges may be applied to your account.

Example: Annual dues can not be paid on a monthly basis.
