If you live in a community that has a Master-Association & Sub-Association (ex: annual dues & monthly dues) you must create a separate login & password for each Association. For example, if you live in the Northgate at Ellard, then you pay monthly dues for your Northgate at Ellard account. You also have annual dues for your Ellard Community Assoc. account which means you must create separate logins for each account in order to pay appropriately. Some other examples of communities with sub-associations are:

1. Lakes at Cedar Grove & Village at Cedar Grove
2. Sugarloaf Ridge & Regency and Preserve at Sugarloaf Ridge
3. Ridenour Townpark & Touchstone at Ridenour
4. The Woodlands & Woodlands Court & Woodland Views
5. Fieldstone Recreation Assoc. & Enclave, Glen, Park, and Preserve at Fieldstone
6. Le Jardin, Tapestry, & Giverny at Le Jardin
7. Harmony on the Lakes, South Harmony & Townhomes
8. Village at Deaton Creek by Del Webb & Village at Deaton Creek Villas
9. Del Webb at Lake Oconee & Del Webb at Lake Oconee Villas

Thank you
